A day at the Zhengzhou Crowne Plaza

Blogger won't let me move stuff around, so again this is all jumbled.

First and most importantly, our guide just brought us Caitlyn's passport!!!

Then, a lot of people have asked about our days and what we do and where we are staying. These are some pictures of where we are. The hotel is nice, but old. We have no a/c and there is a tiny window, which we cant even open now because Caitlyn and i are getting bit.

We have all our possible medications in the bathroom and we made the luggage holder into our pantry. The mini bar is our bottle area. You can't drink the water here so everything has to be boiled. We also have to do most of our laundry in the sink. We sent one small bag out to be laundered and it was 300Rmb, or about $50 US. So we can't do that often.

We play, eat and sleep. We run down the halls a lot, dance to music on our phones, ride the elevators, swim, go for walks, cuddle, play with stacking cups, balls, bubbles, etc. we're not doing anything eart shattering, but just creating opportunities to bond.

And just because we know you came here mostly to see pictures, there are a few from this morning.

  1. Glad to see M&Ms among they mix. I know they make lots of things just a little bit better! Love to all of you.
